1. Sponsor
The “Second Look Challenge” TV Giveaway (“Raffle”) is sponsored by Team GWC of Citywide Home Mortgage , NMLS #2745280 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must complete the Second Look Challenge form and schedule a valid appointment with the Sponsor. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the Second Look Challenge form and schedule an appointment with the GWC Mortgage Team. Eligible participants will automatically be entered into the monthly raffle.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 65” Smart Television. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or any other item, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone, email, or SMS. If a potential winner cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
6. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise its fairness or integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
8. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Raffle and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
